Bird Deposit Policy

Weaned or Adult Birds - 50% nonrefundable deposit

(Must be picked up or shipped within 30 days or the bird may be re-sold)

 Unweaned Baby Birds - 50% nonrefundable deposit

(Must be picked up within 15 days of being notified that the bird is weaned or the bird may be re-sold.  We will not ship unweaned birds.)

 1^st Available - 25% refundable deposit

You will be placed on a list for the first available bird species you have indicated.  When birds arrive at the store from one of our nurseries you will have 7 days to place an additional 25% deposit, making the total 50% nonrefundable until the bird is weaned.
